Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or similar role
- •Strong technical depth spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture
- •Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles
- •Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Fluency in the local language of the market plus English
- •Structured, calm approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations
- •Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony
- •Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce
- •Understanding of GDPR and ISO compliance, including ISO 27001
