  • Build relationships with other departments for issue escalation
  • Maintain communication with Account Executives and Customer Success leads
  • Monitor team morale and performance
  • Cultivate a positive team culture
  • Support and empower team members
  • Encourage open communication and constructive criticism
  • Promote independence while offering improvement advice
  • Act as a high-performing individual contributor
  • Maintain team trust and respect
  • Handle customer calls effectively
