Anforderungen
- •Understanding of manufacturing and operations challenges
- •Ability to lead projects with complex stakeholder landscapes
- •Comfort in communicating with customer stakeholders
- •Flexibility in undefined process environments
- •Experience in startup environments or readiness to adapt
- •5+ years of work experience
- •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Basic coding skills and familiarity with REST API
- •Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- •Proactive, self-starter attitude
- •Professional working proficiency in English
- •BS Degree in relevant engineering or computer science field
- •Willingness to travel up to 25%
- •Professional working proficiency in German (spoken and written)

- •Collaborate with engineering and product teams to share customer insights and feedback
