Anforderungen
- •3-8 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Business Consulting
- •Experience in selling SaaS/Hi-tech products using a strategic approach
- •Proven success in the DACH market
- •Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle
- •Commitment to a process-driven sales approach and tracking customer engagement
- •Track record of consistent earnings and over-achievement in Sales Executive roles
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- •Excellent presentation skills and experience using WalkMe

- •Drive the entire sales process
- •Conduct business development and introduction demos
- •Execute proof of concepts (POCs)
- •Focus on acquiring new logos
- •Identify new business expansion areas within major accounts
- •Hunt for new business opportunities
- •Manage inbound and outbound lead requests
- •Collaborate with Success Managers to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- •Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue in Salesforce.com
- •Ensure quarterly quotas are met and exceeded
- •Engage with senior executives of enterprise accounts
- •Present WalkMe's solutions using value-based sales techniques
- •Work closely with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers
- •Negotiate contracts and finalize signed agreements
