Solution Manager Critical Environment Technology(m/w/x)

In this role, you will bridge the gap between critical environment customers and Siemens' building technologies, drive business development, ensure technical compliance, support sales teams, and expand the partner network.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or business-related area
• •Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in building automation industry
• •Profound understanding of critical environments and relevant regulatory frameworks
• •Deep market insight and ability to evaluate customer strategic objectives
• •Demonstrated experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies
• •Strong critical thinking and ability to translate market demand into business initiatives
• •Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• •Experience in defining and developing standardized solutions
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
• •Legally eligible for work authorization in the respective location
