Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent specialized knowledge
  • •Technical expertise in product configuration, pricing, and database management
  • •Excellent overview of sales configurators and CPQ systems
  • •DevOps and agile project management knowledge
  • •Experience in software development process
  • •Knowledge of software and application design
  • •Technical mindset with great attention to detail
  • •Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in product configuration and database administration
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
  • •Experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft Access)
  • •Familiarity with MS Azure DevOps and other relevant tools
  • •Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • •Personal, social, and methodological strengths
  • •Solid technical foundation and problem-solving ability
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • •Strong team player with a proactive mindset

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Partner with R&I/PLM to capture product extensions and new developments
  • •Translate product specifications into functional and data specifications for Selection Software
  • •Maintain and refine documentation of selection processes and configuration rules
  • •Manage the data update process, including downloading and converting data
  • •Provide new data versions, including pricing, to the development team
  • •Control interfaces to CPQ and SAP-VC for data consistency
  • •Perform review, testing, and UAT on development and staging systems
  • •Verify calculation results for selected units
  • •Investigate user-reported bugs and propose fixes
  • •Coordinate data quality governance with Product Development
  • •Track and resolve discrepancies using Azure DevOps
  • •Coordinate updates for new products and regional variations
  • •Contribute to design and engineering calculations for product configuration
  • •Provide 1st Level User Support for selection and calculation questions
  • •Manage user roles and permissions for Select PHE and related tools
