Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • Several years of professional experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and structured working style
  • Strong ability to transform data into actionable insights
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Extensive knowledge of CPQ tools (e.g., Vendavo) and understanding of pricing and quotation processes
  • Familiarity with SAP price and discount conditions
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proactive, self-driven, and curious personality with high level of commitment
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage

Deine Aufgaben

  • Drive the implementation of a consistent pricing strategy across the EMEA region
  • Partner with sales teams to harmonize and optimize pricing across markets
  • Utilize advanced price analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities
  • Support strategic decisions and deliver price improvements
  • Lead the annual price adjustment process and ensure flawless execution
  • Enhance the pricing model to integrate customer and channel differentiation
  • Incorporate market data and value-based principles into pricing strategies
  • Contribute to the rollout of a new CPQ system and develop expertise over time
  • Engage and communicate proactively with the business community and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and IT to achieve shared goals
