- •5+ years delivering or leading SmartRecruiters implementations or comparable enterprise SaaS solutions
- •Proven ability to lead complex engagements
- •Strong background in business process design, transformation, and IT architecture
- •Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and apply them in enterprise environments
- •Solid experience in change management, transformation programs, or strategy consulting
- •Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and partners

- •Lead end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations from discovery to adoption
- •Design and optimize industry-specific business processes for measurable impact
- •Translate business requirements into solution architectures and IT alignment
- •Champion transformation initiatives and provide thought leadership on modern recruiting
- •Oversee complex client engagements, managing scope, risks, and timelines
- •Ensure high-quality delivery through governance and stakeholder alignment
- •Serve as engagement lead or project lead, guiding cross-functional teams
- •Validate customer success criteria and align adoption strategies with business outcomes
- •Analyze usage data and KPIs to drive optimization and long-term value
- •Partner with Customer Success teams to develop account strategies for renewals
- •Advocate for customers by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support
- •Support pre-sales efforts with solution reviews and executive workshops
- •Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

- •Mentor partner consultants and internal teams for quality delivery
- •Design and facilitate customer workshops and training sessions
- •Contribute to SmartRecruiters’ services portfolio with reusable frameworks and methodologies
