- •Minimum of 7 years work experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- •Minimum of 7 years work experience within SAP HCM
- •SAP SuccessFactors certification
- •Proven project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors as Senior Consultant
- •Technology-oriented with aptitude for learning complex software
- •Ability to solve complex technical issues
- •Ability to deliver clear presentations
- •Great communicator in an international environment
- •Good problem solver, creative and innovative thinker
- •Excellent team player and self-starter
- •Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- •Full proficiency in English and German (written and verbal)

- •Deliver high-impact HCM services throughout the customer lifecycle
- •Collaborate with SAP consultants on project execution
- •Provide business and technology advisory services during customer engagements
- •Support preparation and realization of customer implementation projects
- •Plan and manage design workshops and meetings with customers
- •Lead internal team meetings
- •Analyze business processes, including root cause analysis and technical optimization
- •Work with Near-Shore and Off-Shore consultants on projects
- •Organize remote work effectively
- •Travel to customer sites and SAP meetings as needed
