Anforderungen
- •Degree or technical qualification in marine electronics, navigation systems, or related field
- •Proven experience managing global service networks or third-party technical partners
- •Strong training and instructional design background, including virtual and in-person delivery
- •Proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- •Familiarity with the CIRM Code of Practice for Service Providers and industry certification standards
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Strong organizational skills with a structured, hands-on approach to partner and training management

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build and manage a global network of certified marine service partners
- •Lead partner onboarding and performance reviews
- •Renew agreements in alignment with legal and commercial processes
- •Ensure service partners meet training and certification standards
- •Develop and deliver technical training using modern tools
- •Create and maintain training materials, including video tutorials
- •Oversee certification processes and maintain training records
- •Align with Product Management to integrate new product releases into training
- •Issue technical bulletins and service updates in coordination with teams
- •Act as a communication hub between technical support and service partners
