- •Strong technical aptitude for understanding electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- •Technical degree or equivalent experience
- •Excellent customer service and communication skills

- •Maintain and administer the service schedule for field and in-house jobs
- •Build and sustain strong relationships with customers
- •Provide post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- •Communicate regularly with Channel Partners and Area Sales Managers about service activities
- •Coordinate with service technicians for timely submission of documentation
- •Generate, maintain, and close service tickets accurately
- •Keep a local log of service activities not captured by system reports
- •Ensure all service documentation is stored in a centralized location on the server
- •Perform additional tasks to support the service team and business operations
