Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, ABS, securitization, or related field
- •Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling in Excel
- •Solid understanding of ABS structures, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support extensions and upsizing of asset-backed securitization programs
- •Assist with onboarding new jurisdictions for ABS facilities
- •Facilitate new public market transactions
- •Lead initiatives to automate ABS processes
- •Optimize processes to reduce manual workload
- •Collaborate with rating agencies and partner banks
- •Engage with external law firms and service providers
- •Work closely with internal stakeholders in Accounting and Cash Management
- •Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Risk, Technology, and FP&A teams
