- •University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- •Additional certifications such as CMA or CPA
- •At least 10 years of work experience in financial process management and optimization
- •Strong focus on O2C activities in a multinational corporation
- •Experience in the chemicals industry or related industry
- •Experience during transitions or carve-outs
- •Strong understanding of O2C processes and process optimization methodologies
- •Proficiency in SAP R/3 and S/4
- •Proficiency in process mapping tools
- •Advanced MS Office skills
- •Excellent analytical skills

- •Excellent communication skills
- •Excellent interpersonal skills
