Anforderungen
- •University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- •Professional certifications such as CPA or CA
- •At least 5 years of experience in financial consolidation and IFRS reporting
- •Experience in the chemicals industry or similar sectors
- •Extensive knowledge of consolidation principles and financial reporting standards
- •Proficiency in financial consolidation software, SAP, and advanced MS Office skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication abilities
- •Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- •Proficiency in English
- •Strong interpersonal skills

- •Lead the global FRC coordinators community
- •Deliver targeted training programs
- •Provide technical IFRS expertise

- •Maintain thorough documentation for audits
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- •Align reporting activities and enhance transparency
- •Communicate effectively with stakeholders
