•Degree in Engineering or related technical field
•At least 3 years of experience in application engineering or technical sales support
•Solid technical knowledge in electronics manufacturing
•Strong customer and market orientation
•Project management skills

•Willingness to engage in technical exchanges with international partners
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Readiness to travel as required

•Assist with plant allocation and cost-saving initiatives for efficient project execution
•Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals
•Create training materials to enable knowledge sharing and customer engagement
•Provide go-to-market technology documentation and technical support
•Strengthen customer relationships and position AT&S as a technology leader
•Act as a center of expertise for application engineering
•Ensure maximum ROI for established technologies and support strategic initiatives
