Anforderungen
- •HTL graduate, university degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience
- •Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; organized and eager to learn
- •Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- •Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Certificates of Conformance and inspection specs
- •Assist in customer approvals
- •Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications
- •Facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- •Assist in organizing customer audits and visits
- •Ensure smooth communication during customer interactions
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards across all product life stages
