- •8+ years in pre-sales, solution architecture, or related field
- •Deep expertise in Customer Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms
- •Experience tailoring customer IAM strategies to specific industries
- •Proficiency in an additional language relevant to your region

- •Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and security needs
- •Design and present tailored identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Auth0
- •Lead workshops and technical deep dives with enterprise stakeholders

- •Stay updated on emerging threats and compliance regulations
- •Align identity solutions with customers' business priorities
- •Address regional compliance requirements like GDPR and DORA
- •Represent the company as a technical leader at meetings and events
- •Partner with account teams to define strategies for customer success
- •Act as a liaison between customers and product teams for feedback
