•Strong Go skills
•Production experience building Solidity smart contracts
•Proven contributions to open-source L2 protocols or RIPs
•Hands-on experience deploying to eL2s (Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.)
•Deep understanding of distributed systems
•Deep understanding of microservices
•Deep understanding of event-driven architectures
•Skilled in cloud-native environments
•Skilled in containerization
•Skilled in infrastructure-as-code (AWS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB)
•Knowledgeable in blockchain ecosystems
•Knowledgeable in applied cryptography (EVMs, smart contracts, dApps, ZKPs, privacy pools, stealth addresses)
•Focus on maintainable, reliable code

•Design and implement scalable backend services in Go
•Integrate Solidity-based smart contracts into production systems
•Build and maintain event-driven, real-time architectures using Apache Kafka
•Collaborate with blockchain engineers for secure on-chain/off-chain integrations
•Own the full software lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines
•Monitor and utilize observability tooling like GitLab CI, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative Web3 products
