Anforderungen
- •University degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field
- •At least two years of practical experience in data analytics, design and training of (deep) neuronal networks and common ML frameworks
- •Proficiency in software development and programming in C++ and Python
- •Understanding of automotive software development practices and safety standards (e.g., ASPICE, ISO 26262, SOTIF)
- •Familiarity with multi-task learning, sensor fusion, or end-to-end AI systems
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Very good communication skills in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design, train, and deploy deep learning models for assisted and autonomous driving systems
- •Work with multi-modal sensor data, including camera, lidar, radar, map, and odometry
- •Apply convolutional neural networks, transformers, and recurrent models to extract semantic and spatial understanding of the driving environment
- •Design scalable data pipelines for training, validation, and error analysis of ML models
- •Analyze and optimize real-time embedded performance across diverse driving scenarios
- •Ensure reliability and generalization of models in edge cases
- •Apply model compression and optimization techniques like quantization, pruning, and distillation for efficient inference on embedded hardware
- •Collaborate with other teams to integrate algorithms into the ADAS/AD architecture and real-time automotive software stack
- •Participate in process-conform specification and testing of software components, including ASPICE and SOTIF
- •Stay updated with the latest research in deep learning, computer vision, and autonomous systems, translating insights into practical solutions
