Anforderungen
- •University degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, (bio)chemistry, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of industry experience with PhD or 9 years without PhD in biopharmaceutical characterization
- •Professional experience in a GMP-controlled environment
- •Proven expertise in GMP analytical method development and validation
- •Demonstrated project management experience
- •Hands-on, proactive mindset with openness to new ideas
- •Team-oriented with strong motivational and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Guide complex customer projects in a GMP-regulated environment
- •Support client project acquisition and execution as a subject matter expert
- •Lead analytical strategy and contribute to experimental execution
- •Apply laboratory techniques such as HPLC and dynamic light scattering
- •Integrate scientific knowledge with regulatory standards to meet business needs
- •Ensure adherence to QA and QC processes in all analytical activities
- •Manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in compliance with regulations
- •Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless project execution
- •Drive scientific and operational improvements through cross-functional initiatives
- •Prepare validation protocols, reports, and testing procedures
- •Oversee planning and implementation of client projects as project leader
- •Share expertise with team members and represent scientific excellence
