- •PhD degree in pharmacy, (bio)chemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering, biophysics, or related scientific discipline
- •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field, including proven people management responsibility
- •Strong background and expertise in biopharmaceutical drug product development, analytical methods, and related technologies
- •Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop scientific teams
- •Strong organizational and management capabilities, including the ability to structure complex activities and prioritize effectively
- •Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to convey scientific concepts clearly and effectively
- •High level of scientific competence combined with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- •Reliable, open-minded, and collaborative personality with a proactive approach
- •Very good command of English, both written and spoken, including scientific writing and presentations

- •Lead and develop the Group Science & Technology team
- •Recruit and onboard new team members
- •Foster continuous learning through coaching and performance reviews
- •Define the scientific and technical focus of projects

- •Connect team members with internal subject matter experts
- •Plan and allocate resources to meet project goals
- •Integrate temporary team members for internal research projects
- •Drive the transfer of research methods to Operations
- •Ensure effective communication with collaboration partners
- •Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders
- •Contribute to scientific output through publications and presentations
