Anforderungen
- •MS or Bachelor's/scientific apprenticeship with at least 5 years of industry experience or recent graduate PhD with 0-1 years of industry experience
- •Minimum of 3-5 years of laboratory research experience in pharma or biotech industry
- •Strong hands-on experience in cell and molecular biology techniques
- •Mammalian and primary cell culture
- •mRNA and protein isolation, characterization and quantification
- •Next-generation sequencing workflows
- •Experience with liquid-handling systems and automation of cell-based assays or strong interest in developing such
- •Proven ability to troubleshoot and refine assays
- •Strong competence in MS Office applications and data analysis software
- •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented research environment
- •Familiarity with primary cell culture models
- •Exposure to bioinformatics and coding for data processing, visualization and analysis
- •Experience with specific automation platforms is a strong plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Design, plan, and execute siRNA screening experiments
- •Conduct cell-based transfection assays, qPCR, and reporter-based readouts
- •Develop and optimize novel biochemical and cell-based assays
- •Contribute to automated workflows using liquid-handling robotics
- •Drive improvements in lab organization and workflows
- •Implement new technologies and equipment in the lab
- •Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a matrix environment
- •Present data and conclusions clearly in verbal and written form
- •Maintain high-quality records in electronic lab notebooks
- •Analyze, interpret, and report results in a timely manner
