- •Oversee the oligonucleotide synthesis facility
- •Manage capital and consumables budgets
- •Lead a team of scientists in oligonucleotide synthesis and purification
- •Deliver high-quality siRNA products for in vitro screening
- •Deliver siRNA products for in vivo evaluation
- •Collaborate with xRNA and oligonucleotide synthesis teams in Basel and Cambridge
- •Provide technical leadership to the scale-up team
- •Optimize methodologies and processes for improved efficiencies
- •Collaborate with synthetic chemists to scale up new siRNA chemistries
- •Facilitate the transition of new chemistries into development
- •Document and communicate results to stakeholders
- •Prepare patent applications and scientific publications
- •Mentor team members by sharing technical expertise
