Anforderungen
- •University degree (MSc or PhD) in biotechnology, biochemical engineering, biochemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related discipline
- •Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical R&D, including industrial exposure in GxP regulated setting
- •Expertise in downstream processing, protein characterization, and/or product and process improvement within a plasma-derived product portfolio
- •Solid understanding of GxP principles, laboratory methodologies, and regulatory processes
- •Experience in scientific software platforms, MS Office 365, generative AI and statistics/data analyses
- •Demonstrated track record in delivering high-quality scientific results and effectively solving complex experimental and technical challenges
- •Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, result-driven and collaborative mindset
- •Proficient in German and English (oral + written)

- •Act as a scientific Subject Matter Expert for blood plasma products
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production Sites and Quality
- •Lead process optimizations and root cause analyses
- •Manage and improve complex lab operations and analytical tasks
- •Coach others in laboratory excellence and review experimental data
- •Prepare and present reports and scientific insights to stakeholders
- •Mentor and supervise Scientists and technical staff
