Anforderungen
- •PhD or MSc with equivalent work experience in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Applied Physics, or related field
- •Hands-on experience in photonic component development, PIC design, layout, and characterization
- •Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
- •Familiarity with PIC-related EDA tools and collaborative environments, e.g., Git
- •Self-motivation, organization, and enthusiasm for dynamic, multicultural team work
- •Strong team player with excellent interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- •Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- •Experience in project management is a plus
