Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
- •Relevant work experience (minimum 5 years)
- •Proficiency in scripting languages for PDK development, such as Python or SKILL
- •Solid understanding of PDK development workflows
- •Experience in creating and maintaining databases for documentation and workflow management
- •Willingness to relocate to Villach, Austria
- •Familiarity with semiconductor processes and technologies
- •Experience setting up EDA tools and design environments
- •Hands-on experience with open-access tools and environments
- •Previous involvement in PDK development for semiconductor or MEMS technologies
- •Industry experience in PDK development is a strong plus
- •Experience developing PDK utilities and components

- •Interface with device, materials, system architecture, and microfab teams to understand PDK requirements
- •Collaborate with EDA and PDK design environment teams for PDK utility integration
- •Create and maintain PDK libraries with parametrizable cells
- •Develop and update PDK documentation, including design manuals and design rules
- •Encapsulate models within the PDK design environment
- •Create and maintain PDK back-end processes, including physical verification and layout automation utilities
- •Analyze and generate PDK data, including reporting tools and automation scripts
- •Manage PDK foundry data, including process, materials, and design rules database
