Anforderungen
- •BA/MA in finance, economics, engineering, computer science or related analytical field
- •4+ years of experience in investment research, macro strategy, portfolio analysis or crypto-native research
- •Deep passion and fascination for the crypto industry
- •Profound understanding of crypto markets, protocols, token models and sector-level dynamics
- •Strong interest in macroeconomics, business cycles, market structure and digital-asset valuation
- •Ability to work with data (Python/R/SQL are an advantage) and build clear, compelling charts and analytical frameworks
- •High-energy, curious, humble, self-driven, and open-minded personality with strong ownership and collaboration skills
- •Excellent communication skills both in writing and conversation
- •Ability to articulate complex terms and concepts to institutional audiences and non-technical stakeholders
- •Exact, diligent working style, ability to own projects end-to-end and thrive in a high-pace environment
- •Excellent English in writing and speaking (German is an advantage)

- •Track the digital asset ecosystem using quantitative analysis and market structure understanding
- •Craft high-quality research publications with coherent narratives and impactful charting
- •Support the formulation of new investment ideas and product concepts with data-driven insights
- •Build, clean, and interpret data from on-chain and traditional market sources
- •Develop bespoke indicators, dashboards, and chart frameworks
- •Provide timely, actionable research input and strategic guidance to other departments and stakeholders
- •Conduct targeted analytical work in response to client inquiries and emerging research priorities
- •Assist portfolio managers with scenario work and risk factor interpretation
- •Produce clear summaries on major market developments for internal decision-making
- •Represent Bitcoin Suisse research in client presentations, media interactions, and conferences
- •Act as an internal ambassador for research excellence and foster analytical rigor
