Anforderungen
- •PhD in Quantitative Genetics, Plant Breeding, Animal Breeding, or relevant scientific field with several years of relevant experience or MS degree with extensive experience in quantitative genetics methods
- •Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- •Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships
- •Ability to lead and influence key stakeholders
- •Results orientation with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Experience in analysis of large biological data sets, quantitative genetics, statistical genetics, and coding in C, Fortran or similar languages
- •Several years of experience in deriving quantitative genetics theory and utilizing algorithms for breeding program design, breeding goal definition, optimization of automated crossing processes, genetic evaluation, and data acquisition in breeding programs
