Anforderungen

•Doctoral degree in quantum theory, quantum information, quantum computing, or theoretical/computational chemistry
•Experience with quantum computing programming languages such as PennyLane, Qualtran, Cirqm, Qiskit, or similar
•Relevant experience as a post-doc, in a technology/software startup, or an industrial R&D group
•Mastery of advanced Python features and relevant standard libraries
•Experience with professional software development workflows and tools
•Comfort with Linux command line and high-performance computing tools
•Interest in applying new concepts from computer science, programming, and mathematics
•Proactive work attitude and good time and self-management
•Curiosity and courage

•Develop quantum algorithms and programs using frameworks like Qualtran and PennyLane
•Benchmark and apply quantum computing methods and advanced classical computational chemistry techniques

•Identify use cases for chemical processes in collaboration with computational and laboratory chemists
•Publish scientific contributions in professional journals and apply for patents
•Co-supervise doctoral students
