Anforderungen
- •Completed education at HBO or WO level or equivalent
- •Construction Industry experience is highly desirable
- •Willingness to travel
- •5-10 years of Project Management experience
- •In-depth understanding of industry software solutions and best practices
- •Project Manager certificate or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate or PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master
- •Strong knowledge of construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors
- •Experience navigating complex, politically sensitive environments
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong leadership abilities and team collaboration skills

- •Coordinate the implementation of the Thinkproject business solution
- •Manage timelines and risks during implementation
- •Track revenues and costs associated with projects
- •Prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder communication
- •Lead projects from initiation to successful closure
- •Apply established project management methodologies
- •Track project progress and control scope and timelines
- •Manage project documentation, including plans and budgets
- •Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
- •Define project scope and establish measurable goals
- •Adhere to Program Governance for larger programs
- •Report to the Project Director or Project Sponsor
- •Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients
- •Address progress, issues, and potential risks
- •Monitor project milestones for on-time delivery
- •Ensure high standards of quality across all project phases
