Anforderungen
- •Senior-level experience in financial crime with focus on AML
- •Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems, AML rules, alerting, and investigative processes
- •Strong understanding of regulatory environments and supervisory expectations
- •Product mindset with experience as Product Owner or in product-adjacent role
- •Technical proficiency with AI-driven systems, including rules engines and ML models
- •Proactive and autonomous communicator who takes ownership
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer teams
- •Experience with direct competitors or internal bank compliance teams
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a bonus

- •Own and evolve product areas related to AML, transaction monitoring, and investigations
- •Translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into clear product requirements

- •Drive product discovery and delivery from problem definition to rollout
- •Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient workflows

- •Support pre-sales and post-sales activities requiring AML expertise
- •Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory developments
