- •Experience with discovery processes
- •Deep understanding of methodologies to model user journeys and use cases
- •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- •Ability to work with technical teams and understand software architecture
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
