Anforderungen
- •Strong experience in fintech and financial transaction platforms
- •Focus on regulatory precision and operational excellence
- •Collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
- •5+ years in product management or ownership in fintech/payments
- •Proven expertise in payment flows and reconciliation
- •Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (PSD2, BaFin, AML/KYC, VAT)
- •Strong API/product integration understanding with B2B APIs
- •Hands-on experience with backlog tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile workflows
- •Acting as a trusted partner to Head of P&T
- •Excellent communication skills in finance, tech, and business
- •Self-driven, structured, and resilient under pressure
- •Experience in eMobility, roaming, or energy trading
- •Exposure to fraud detection and risk management tools
- •Experience in scale-up environments
- •Fluency in English
