Anforderungen
- •Conversational German and English (C1)
- •High working proficiency in German
- •2+ years of experience in PM/PO position within e-commerce or similar IT projects
- •2+ years of experience in agile methodologies
- •High sense of responsibility and ownership
- •Knowledge of project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- •Deep skills in requirements engineering and scope management
- •Analytical, strategic, and coordination skills
- •Empathetic and recipient-oriented communication
- •Consulting expertise to lead clients
- •Experience in planning and conducting workshops
- •Certification ideally preferred
- •Experience on the agency or service provider side ideally
- •Ability to work with and lead international teams
- •Working proficiency in German and English (C1, spoken and written)
