•Strong academic foundation in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
•Extensive experience in Salesforce product management
•Strategic vision and hands-on expertise in product discovery, user research, agile methodologies, and prioritization frameworks
•Experience with modern product management tools
•Effective communication and collaboration across all levels
•Leadership and end-to-end product lifecycle management
•Solid understanding of CRM deployment and information system impacts
•Data-driven, agile, and transformation-oriented mindset
•Leveraging insights and metrics to guide decisions
•Fluency in English
•German or another European language considered a strong advantage
