Anforderungen
- •Relevant degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology
- •3-5 years of product management experience
- •Strong command of agile product management frameworks
- •Proficiency in user research, prioritization, product design, and go-to-market best practices
- •Technical understanding of backend processes, API integrations, and platform scalability
- •Skilled in using product management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- •Proven ability to manage products end-to-end
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- •Fluency in English and German; other European languages are an advantage

- •Prioritize feature development to meet customer and user needs
- •Consolidate technical integration requirements with internal teams or third-party systems
- •Monitor product performance using data analysis and user feedback
- •Iterate continuously and communicate milestones across the company
- •Foster collaboration within your Tribe or Squad and across the product organization
