- •Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- •Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- •Track record of managing incidents with urgency and precision
- •Strong problem-solving abilities and communication of insights
- •Experience with project management and stakeholder management
- •Strong communication skills in English
- •Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Grafana, Power BI, or Metabase
- •Experience in process improvement methodologies
- •Product management experience
- •Basic Python knowledge
- •Experience with AI tools
- •5+ years experience in project or process management
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Experience in process modeling and documentation
- •Proficient in data analysis and KPI tracking
- •Experience with procurement and contract negotiations
- •Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- •Experience with BI tools such as Grafana, Power BI
- •Basic knowledge in Python and SQL
