- •5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar role
- •Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes
- •Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, Coupa, Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets
- •Strong analytical skills to define and track operational KPIs
- •Systems thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
