- •Lead multiple drug discovery programs in RED Oncology
- •Contribute to drug development strategy for RED Oncology
- •Coach and manage peers in drug development programs
- •Support career development of colleagues in Research Oncology
- •Collaborate with R&D functions and support cross-team activities
- •Implement back translational strategies in drug discovery
- •Contribute to documentation and presentations for project reviews
- •Drive integrated strategy across portfolio assets
- •Maintain network with external partners and medical experts
- •Foster creativity and motivation among scientists
- •Guide teams in defining outcomes to achieve the mission
- •Remove roadblocks to enhance collaboration
