Anforderungen
- •Medical degree (MD) or equivalent
- •Advanced degree in oncology, clinical research, or related field preferred
- •Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles
- •At least 5 years focused on solid tumors
- •Proven track record of leadership in oncology
- •Experience in engaging with KOLs, HCPs, medical societies, and regulatory authorities in Germany
- •Expertise in lung and breast cancer
- •Experience in product launches preferred
- •Familiarity with the German healthcare system and regulatory environment
- •Strong leadership and people management skills
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English

- •Develop and execute the medical strategy for oncology in Germany
- •Ensure alignment with global and regional priorities
- •Provide strategic medical input to the General Manager and cross-functional teams
- •Ensure scientific integrity and patient-centricity
- •Represent the medical function in senior leadership discussions
- •Contribute to the overall business strategy for Germany
- •Serve as the primary medical expert in oncology
- •Provide scientific and clinical insights to stakeholders
- •Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
- •Engage with patient advocacy groups and other external stakeholders
- •Collaborate with clinical development and operations teams
- •Support and accelerate global clinical trials in Germany
- •Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- •Build and develop the medical team in Germany
- •Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
