Anforderungen
- •Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- •Extensive experience developing and deploying ML solutions in real-world business environments
- •Strong proficiency with Python ML tools (e.g. PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, pandas/polars, scikit-learn, git)
- •Familiarity with MLOps and data engineering practices, including model deployment and building ETL pipelines with tools like Spark or Snowflake
- •Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed/parallel accelerated computation
- •Experience with rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and iterative development in an R&D setting
- •Enjoyment of working in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments
- •Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship
- •Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- •Fluency in English
