Anforderungen

  • •Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • •Extensive experience developing and deploying ML solutions in real-world business environments
  • •Strong proficiency with Python ML tools (e.g. PyTorch/TensorFlow/Jax, pandas/polars, scikit-learn, git)
  • •Familiarity with MLOps and data engineering practices, including model deployment and building ETL pipelines with tools like Spark or Snowflake
  • •Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed/parallel accelerated computation
  • •Experience with rapid prototyping, fast experimentation, and iterative development in an R&D setting
  • •Enjoyment of working in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments
  • •Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship
  • •Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
  • •Fluency in English

  • •Integrate customized models into existing systems for seamless data flow
  • •Develop testing strategies to validate model performance in real-world scenarios
  • •Analyze test results and gather user feedback to optimize models
  • •Document AI model designs and integration processes
  • •Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with internal teams
  • •Stay updated on AI trends and propose innovative applications
