Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related engineering field
- •Up-to-date knowledge of quality, safety, hygiene requirements, and Net Zero technologies
- •Solid R&D or operating/factory experience including CAPEX management
- •Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of liquid processing technologies and CIP systems
- •Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and hygienic design requirements in the food industry
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Basic knowledge of CAD systems
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
- •Good level of English and other language would be a plus

- •Support product innovation and renovation projects
- •Scout new technologies and processes with suppliers
- •Drive technology and process innovation with business partners
- •Validate pilot technologies and upscale for vertical start-up
- •Provide timely assistance with effective and sustainable solutions
- •Define and analyze engineered solutions to improve efficiency and quality
- •Lead training and coaching initiatives for competence development
- •Provide engineering support for Capex projects to ensure compliance
- •Collect key learnings and implement feedback for continuous improvement
