Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related engineering field
•Up-to-date knowledge of quality, safety, hygiene requirements, and Net Zero technologies
•Solid R&D or operating/factory experience including CAPEX management
•Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of liquid processing technologies and CIP systems
•Knowledge of regulatory, safety, and hygienic design requirements in the food industry
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Basic knowledge of CAD systems
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
•Good level of English and other language would be a plus

•Support product innovation and renovation projects
•Scout new technologies and processes with suppliers
•Drive technology and process innovation with business partners
•Validate pilot technologies and upscale for vertical start-up
•Provide timely assistance with effective and sustainable solutions
•Define and analyze engineered solutions to improve efficiency and quality
•Lead training and coaching initiatives for competence development
•Provide engineering support for Capex projects to ensure compliance
•Collect key learnings and implement feedback for continuous improvement
