- •Make breakthrough discoveries in botanical feed science
- •Drive independent programs to identify novel plant species for PhytoComplex development
- •Establish innovative analytical methodologies for characterizing bioactive compounds
- •Design and execute laboratory experiments to evaluate plant-derived PhytoComplex efficacy and safety
- •Pioneer applications of complexity science to assess multi-compound interactions in PhytoComplexes
- •Lead scientific documentation and maintain detailed research records for patents and publications
- •Present research findings to internal stakeholders and external scientific communities
- •Support regulatory submissions for phytocomplex innovations
- •Provide guidance on botany topics to team members
- •Coordinate with other departments for seamless integration of processes and projects
