- •Clinical or research experience in inflammation therapeutics
- •Experience in pharmacovigilance and risk management in a pharmaceutical company
- •Experience in clinical development and submissions for marketing authorization
- •Experience with advanced therapies such as TcE and Car-T
- •Understanding of pharmacovigilance regulation and compliance
- •Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and future trends
- •Strong leadership skills and ability to influence teams
- •Project management competencies with excellent interpersonal skills
- •Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

- •Design and implement patient-centric risk management strategies
- •Lead pharmacovigilance activities for assigned products
- •Plan and execute risk management oversight up to POC
- •Establish and refine safety analyses in clinical trial databases
- •Evaluate and enhance the benefit-risk profile of products
- •Integrate clinical data and patient insights for safety assessments
- •Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on safety concerns
- •Implement risk mitigation strategies based on safety evaluations
- •Prepare regulatory documents such as DSURs and clinical trial protocols
- •Ensure accuracy and compliance in trial-related documentation
- •Chair the multidisciplinary Asset Benefit-Risk Team
- •Represent Patient Safety in strategic committees and regulatory interactions
- •Contribute to strategic projects within Experimental Medicine
