- •PhD in biology, veterinary medicine, medicine, or comparable
- •Proven leadership skills
- •Extensive expertise in in vitro biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology
- •Several years of professional experience in Pharma/Biotech Industry
- •Deep understanding of (patho-)physiology of non-infectious diseases in companion animals
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Fluency in written and spoken English; willingness to improve in German

- •Identify breakthrough opportunities for Animal Health
- •Manage stakeholders within a matrix organization
- •Integrate Animal Health into the local research structure
- •Coordinate closely with the global Head of NID
- •Shape the strategic vision for the division
- •Oversee HR-related topics in Animal Health
- •Ensure compliance with local requirements and EHS standards
- •Maintain electronic laboratory documentation
