Senior Patent Counsel(m/w/x)

As a Senior Patent Counsel, you will play a crucial role in guiding patent strategies for pharmaceutical development and launches, leading patent activities in emerging markets, and influencing the direction of the global patent team.

Anforderungen

• •Patent law expertise, including freedom-to-operate analysis, patentability, litigation, due diligence, and prosecution
• •Support for biosimilar and generic product development with strategic IP insights
• •Navigation of complex regulatory and licensing environments
• •Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• •Qualification as a European Patent Attorney (EQE) or equivalent, or admission as an attorney-at-law
• •Scientific degree (BA, BSc, PhD or equivalent)
• •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• •5+ years of experience in patent law, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• •Experience in diverse, international teams and matrix organizations
• •Familiarity with emerging markets (METAP, APAC, China) is highly valued
