•Bachelor’s degree in economics, tourism/hospitality, or related fields
•At least 5 years of proven experience within operations
•Openness to visit properties on a regular basis
•Native-level German language skills
•Very good communication skills in English
•Ability to organize projects and appointments
•Ownership and problem-solving skills
•Keen sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
•Individual work structuring and analytical capabilities
•Hands-on and pragmatic approach to challenges
