- •In-depth knowledge and professional experience in payroll of 10+ years
- •At least 5 years of experience in leading a team
- •Knowledge of payroll systems (Sage DPW, SAP ECP, SAP HCM)
- •Confidence in dealing with customers
- •High social and leadership skills
- •Initiative, assertiveness, resilience
- •High level of focus on results and goals
- •Very good knowledge of MS Office
