Anforderungen
- •5+ years of professional experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar operational excellence role
- •Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Master's or higher)
- •Solid knowledge of Six Sigma or Scrum frameworks
- •Strong background in data and process analysis
- •Excellent communication skills
- •Proficiency in workshop facilitation, process mapping, and requirements management
- •Excellent English skills
- •German skills are a plus
