- •Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on digital tools
- •Lead the rollout of new digital platforms for operational support

- •Work cross-functionally with Fleet Operations and Station Managers
- •Train teams on new processes and technologies
- •Support teams in adopting innovative tools
- •Act as a change agent to promote operational excellence
